MEET

Trent W. Smallwood

Trent W. Smallwood, DDS, brings over 20 years of experience in cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, and orthodontics to the Centre for Contemporary Dental Concepts, serving patients in the North East Corner of Warner and Kyrene, in Tempe, Arizona, and throughout Maricopa County.

Dr. Smallwood began his professional education at the University of Indiana in Bloomington. After earning his undergraduate degree, Dr. Smallwood enrolled in The Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, P.A.C-Live, a dental mentorship, and progress program, and completed specialized training in dental cosmetics. The next year, Dr. Smallwood completed his fellowship at the Fellowship Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics.

Dr. Smallwood is more than a dentist—he’s a visionary in smile design, an educator, and an author. With over 20 years of experience and a Fellowship in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he brings artistry, innovation, and leadership to every treatment.

He has taught hundreds of dentists nationwide and is the author of several published works on advanced aesthetic techniques.

His mission? To help every patient achieve not just a healthier smile, but the confidence that comes with it.
